<p>How do you stop making those weight loss excuses?</p>
<p>Losing weight is not that easy but you have to discipline yourself and actually do something about it. Next time you think about starting a <a title="A healthy weight loss diet" href="http://weightlosshere.org/weight-loss-diet" target="_self">healthy weight loss diet</a>, ask yourself why you make excuses every time you commit to a program.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t be afraid of change&#8230;</p>
<p>The way you think will ultimately affect how you succeed with your healthy weight loss efforts. The more negative you think, the more excuses you’ll come up with and the easier it will be to FAIL.</p>
<p>Don’t let your low self-esteem win the battle over you. Strive just a little harder for something that is important to you and you will lose weight.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Late-night snackers are more likely to gain weight, research suggests.</p>
<p>A team from Northwestern University, Illinois, found that when you eat, not just how you eat, could make a big difference.</p>
<p>Scientists found that when mice ate at unusual hours, they put on twice as much weight, despite exercising and eating as much as others.</p>
<p>The study, in the journal Obesity, is said to be the first to show directly that there is a &#8220;wrong&#8221; time to eat.</p>
<p>Recent studies have suggested that circadian rhythms, the body&#8217;s internal clock, have a role in how our bodies use up energy.</p>
<p>However, this had been difficult to definitively pin down.</p>
<p>The experiment looked at two groups of mice over a six-week period. Both groups were fed a high-fat diet, but at different times of the mice &#8220;waking cycle&#8221;.</p>
<p>One group of mice ate at times when they would normally be asleep. They put on twice as much weight.</p>
<p>This was despite them doing the same level of activity, and eating the same amount of food, as the other mice.</p>

<p>The site seems to be put together with a professional touch and stands out amongst the &#8216;one-page&#8217; weight loss web sites you tend to come accross constantly&#8230; I hope their weight loss and dieting promises live up to their site design (if you are the website owner readin this post &#8211; &#8216;only joking&#8217; your content is great!).</p>

<p>The website I&#8217;m talking about is a little obscure (but I don&#8217;t think it&#8217;s going to stay that way) and is by a lady up in Scotland &#8211; Glasgow I think.</p>
<p>She (Sue) seems to have a firm grasp on the weight loss industry and although I have not tried her <a title="Weight Loss by Sue Brown" href="http://suegotslim.com/friends/" target="_self">weight loss product</a> the quality of her blog posts seem to stand out to me amongst all the weight loss junk I have to wade through on a regular basis.</p>
<p>Here is a good example of a post from her blog&#8230;  It&#8217;s called &#8216;<a title="Are You Ready To Lose Weight? - A blog post by Sue Brown" href="http://suegotslim.com/ready-lose-weight/" target="_self">Are You Ready To Lose Weight</a>&#8216; and it deals with bouncing from one weight loss program to another and how you can combat this &#8216;yo-yo&#8217; problem.</p>
<p>&#8220;Like smoking, over eating is a habit that is quite difficult to break for the majority of people.&#8221; &#8211; Well hasn&#8217;t she got that just about right!!  I remember when I was at my local high school (yes I was a bit on the chubby side myself), the smell of the local pizza parlour used to drive me crazzzzy all day!  And when I got home&#8230; PIZZA was on the menu.</p>
<p>She gets my thumbs up!</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll continue to monitor Sue&#8217;s website <a title="Sue Got Slim website" href="http://suegotslim.com" target="_self">http://suegotslim.com</a> and report back on her new weight loss updates&#8230;</p>

<p>In this workout you will be doing 10 different exercises. You need a chair, and something that will allow you to do pull ups.</p>
<p>For each exercise you will do 4  rounds of 15 seconds of intense work and 15 seconds of rest. This means that you will have 2 minutes for each exercise.</p>
